A brand workshop is where we spend time together and get to know each other while diving deep into the corners of your brand. We will ask big questions, press the buttons that don't want to be touched and help coax out the bits of your brand that you maybe haven't thought about for a while.

Our workshops are delivered to be bespoke, depending on what your brand wants and what we think it needs. It is the process of digging up the foundations and getting clear on what you stand for, so we can make our recommendations and move forward together from there.

Although they're bespoke, they typically follow a four-step process which looks a little something like this:

Before the workshop, we learn as much as we can. You'll get a short form to fill out so we can get thinking and learning, from the values of your brand to your market, your competition to your goals, and everything in between. What's that they say about turning stones over?

You will probably enter the workshop thinking that you know your brand inside out. Our goal here is to make you think twice about that. We use brand exercises to help you think differently about your brand, view your brand, how your customers do, and even your employees. By looking at different perspectives, we can better align a brand to where your customers are and what they expect.

Be warned, this can often be the opposite of what the stakeholders feel is right, but through research and data, we give clarity to the right path for your brand, and we promise it is so right.

Now we take what we have learned and unearthed and get to work. The brand strategy is what will evolve from these conversations, thinking about the values, the colours, the language, and every aspect of your brand. While there will always be some strong opinions when we get to this point, we will be there to listen and to back it up with hard facts and discovered data.

Following these stages, we will draft the insights and recommendations into a document. This often gets revised a few times when stakeholders have cast their eyes over it, and then we come to produce a final brand workshop report. This will give you a clear framework, and a plan of attack, that you can use for creating or refreshing your brand.

Workshop FAQs

Who are the workshops for?
There isn't a one-size audience for our brand workshops. We work with SMEs and startups, as well as bigger businesses - like global organisations. What they all have in common is that they need a change and some help navigating it. Perhaps their brand feels out of alignment with what they stand for, or maybe they are in need of a refresh and re-jig or a fresh pair of eyes to steer the ship.

What do you get at the end of it?
You get a brand framework created from research, insight, discussion and data. It is a thorough and in-depth report that you can either use with us to create your brand, or you can take it elsewhere to implement with no obligation, much like an optician's prescription.

How long do they last?
You and your team will spend around 8 hours with us in total, and then we can get to work making it all happen.

How much does a workshop cost?
Workshops start at £1,200 and include everything we have mentioned.
